Angoor (Grapes) Khaane ke Fayde
Waise toh angoor garmi ke season mein paaye jaate hai. Angoor khana sehat ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai. Angoor green, black or purple colour mein available hote hai. Angoor khaane se kai bimari se chutkara paaya ja sakta hai. Aaj hum angoor ke faayde jaan lete hai
1. Twacha ko Saaf Rakhne mein Madad Karta hai :- Angoor khane se humara chehra saaf rehta hai. Chehre ki koi bhi samasya jaise ki daag, dark spots, pimples, oily skin, glow jaisi sabhi samasya se chutkara milta hai. Angoor hume roz khaane se chehre ki samasya se chutkara mil jaata hai.
