• Jab jab aap ko bhukh lage tab koshish kare ki khaana usi time pe khaaye.
• Galat samay pe aapko tea or coffee nahi peena chahiye. Ise bhukh nahi lagti hai.
• Koshish kare green tea peene ki. Dosto waise aapko bata de ki tea or coffee se acidity jyaada hoti hai. Is liye aapko green tea peena chahiye. Ise cholesterol or weight bhi control mein rehta hai
• Jyaada se jyaada paani peena chahiye. Paani peene se sharir ke rog kam hote hai. Ise bhukh jyaada lagne mein madad milegi.
