Dhyaan Rahe namak ka jyaada sevan karne aapka blood pressure high ho jaane ki puri sambhavna hai. Toh namak ka upyog kam bhi na kare par jyaada bhi na kare.

2. Jin logo ka blood pressure low ho jaata hai unhe jyaada der garmi mein nahi rehna chahiye. Jaise ki jyaada der tak dopahar mein bahar nahi ghoomna chahiye, na hi garam paani se nahana chahiye.

3. Palak aur Gajar ka ras low blood pressure ko thik karne mein madad karta hai. Toh iska sevan jarur karna chahiye.

4. Doodh mein khajoor daal ke doodh ko ubaal le ya fir doodh mein khajoor dal ke kisi alag bartan mein kuch der tak rakh le fir us doodh ko peene se low blood pressure ki problem nahi hoti hai.

5. Rojana subah tulsi ke 4 pate khaane se low blood pressure ki samasya nahi hoti hai.

6. Koshish kare paani jyaade se jyaade peene ki. Paani jyaada peeye toh low blood pressure ki problem nahi hogi.


7. Rojana 15 minute exercise ya yoga karne se low blood pressure ki samasya or kai samasya se chutkara milta hai. Ise hum swasth rehte hai.
