Exercise ya Yoga bahut hi jaruri hai or ye faydemand hoti hai hamari body ke liye. Rojana exercise karne se hum bahut bimariyon se dur rahe sakte hai. Hamari body achhe rahi isse se hame fayda hai. 5. Exercise se stamina power badta hai. Aap kisi bhi kaam ko bina thakaan ke araam se kar sakte hai.

7. Subah jaldi exercise karne se bahut fayda hota hai. Kyun ki subah fresh air hoti hai pollution kam rehta hai. Toh hamari salah ye hai aap se ki subah ki thandi doop mein exercise kar leni chahiye.
