◆ Rojana tulsi ke patte chaba chaba ke khaane se acidity nahi hoti hai. 6 patte rojana khaye aur Acidity se chutkara paaye. Tulsi acid ko control karne mein madad karti hai. Is liye tulsi ke patte jarur khaye.
◆ Gulkand ka sevan rojana kare aur acidity se dur rahe.
◆ Rojana yoga kare. Aap Baba Ramdev yog guru ko follow kare. Un hone acidity se bachne ke kai yog bataye hai. Un ko kare.
