Thik se khaana na khaana. Hari sabjiyo aur fruit na khaane se hamare sharir mein iron ki kami ho jaati hai. Aur ussi se hi khoon ki kami ho jaati hai. Sharir mein hemoglobin ki kami se rakt kam ho jaata hai. Hemoglobin ki kami ko pura karne ke liye hari sabjiyo ko jarur diet mein khaaye. Khaas aapko khaane mein vishesh dhyaan dena hai. Dosto waise sharir mein khoon ki kami kisi ko bhi ho sakti hai. Par jyaada tar ye takleef mahila ko hoti hai. Is se dur rehne ke liye hum kuch upchar batayege.
Khoon badane ke gharelu upchar :-
• Apple :- Apple khaane se khoon badta hai. Sharir mein khoon ki kami dur hoti hai. Is liye Rojana 1 apple khaana chahiye. Bahut fayde wala hota hai.
• Tulsi :- Tulsi kai upyog mein aati hai. Tulsi ka sevan jarur kare. Isse bimariyan nahi hoti hai. Sharir mein hemoglobin ki kami nahi hoti hai.
• Paalak :- Sabjiyo mein paalak jarur sevan kare. Paalak khaane se iron milta hai. Or khoon aasani se banta hai.
• Hari sabji :- Sabhi prakar ki hari sabji khaaye jaise ki paalak, maithi, karela. In sabhi sabjiyo ko jarur khaana chahiye.
• Salad :- Khaane ke saath salad jarur khaana chahiye. Sabhi prakar ke salad khaane se khoon badta hai.
• Anar :- Anar khaane se khoon badta hai. Anar baahar mein aasani se mil jaata hai. Rojana ek anar khaane se khoon ki kami nahi hoti hai.
• Gajar aur paalak juice :- Hafte mein 2 baar gaajar aur paalak ka juice peeye. Isse swasth rehenge aur aap ko khoon ki kami bhi nahi hogi.
• Nariyal :- Nariyal khaana chahiye jin logo khoon ki kami hoti hai.
