Aap agar duble patle hai to aap jarur mota hona chahege. Aaj hum mota hone ke homemade solutions batayege jisse aap vajan bada paayenge. Agar vajan kam hai aapka to aap jarur is ka upyog kare. Saath hi agar vajan kam rehta hai to log majak karte hai jiska vajan kam rehta hai. Aaj kal is duniya mein jaha khaane ke liye anek cheeje hai. Wahi hum thik se samaj bhi nahi paate hai ki kaunsi cheej hamare sharir ke liye lab daayak hai or kaunsi nahi.
Aaj koi bhi ho ladka ya ladki har kisi ka vajan jarur hona chahiye. Kehne ka matlab ye hai ki na to vajan bahut kam hona chahiye or na hi jyaada hona chahiye.
Vajan na badne ki wajah :-
• Thik se agar khaana nahi khaayege to vajan nahi badta hai. Is liye khaana time to time khaana chahiye.
• Chai coffee ka adhik sevan karne se bhuk nahi lagti hai or agar khaana nahi khaayege to vajan bhi nahi badta hai.
• Neend na aane se sharir mein thakaan rehti hai vajan bhi nahi bad paata hai.
• Tension hona.
Mota hone ki Complete Diet :-
• Khajur Milk :- Doodh mein khajur daal ke ubaal le. Aur khajur ka doodh peeye. Isse aapka vajan bad jaayega. Isee aap roj khaa sakte hai.
• Eggs :- Rojana 3 egg khaane se vajan ko badaya jaa sakta hai. Egg mein calcium or protein paaya jaata hai. Jo aap ke sharir ki hadiya ko majbut karta hai. Or aap swasth rehte hai. Is liye egg khaaye. Ho sake to egg ka white hissa khaaye. Yellow hissa na khaaye. White hi jyaada fayde wala hota hai.
• Kismish or Anjeer Khaaye :- Kismish aur Anjeer dono mein fatty acid paaya jaata hai. 20 Kismish aur 4 Anjeer raat ko ek katori mein paani daal ke ache se bheegne ke liye rakh le. Subah mein aap inka sevan kare isse aap ka vajan badne lagege. Aap farq mehsus kar paayenge.
• Potato :- Potato yani aalu. Is mein baari matra mein carbohydrate paaya jaata hai. Ise vajan jaldi bad jaata hai. Ise aap sabjiyo mein daal ke sevan kar sakte hai ya to aap is ka sevan boil karke upar se se thoda namak mirchi daal ke kar sakte hai. Ek Aalu khaaye din mein. Koi bhi cheej ka jyaada upyog na kare. Jyaada upyog karne se ise nuksan ho sakta hai.
• Moong ya Chole :- Moong ya Chole boil karke khaaye. Lagatar 1 mahine tak is ke sevan karne se vajan badaya jaa sakta hai.
• Ashwagandha :- Ashwagandha powder bajar mein aasani se mil jaayega. Is powder ko ghar le aaye or rojana Ashwagandha powder 5 gram cow milk ke saath ache se mila ke pee le. Is ka upyog aap 40 din tak kare.
• Exercise :- Exercise jarur karna chahiye. Isse bhukh lagegi or aap khaane ko pacha sakte hai. Nahi to fat bad jaayega aapki body mein.
Mota hone ke tips hindi mein :-
• Fruit jyaada khaaye.
• Doodh jarur peeye.
• Smoking aur tobacco ka sevan na kare
• Jyaada paani peeye
• Non veg khaaye
• Protein wale padarth jarur khaaye.
• Exercise jarur kare.
• Sardiyo mein butter bhi khaa sakte hai
