Sharir mein kamjori thik se na khaane se hoti hai. Sharir mein hume rojana kuch ache khaadhy padarth ki jaruat ko pura karne chahiye. Jisse hume taakat mile. Ache khaane se ye samasya ko dur kiya jaa sakta hai. Agar hume kamjori hoti hai to hum kisi bhi kaam ko asani se or jaldi nahi kar sakte hai. Is liye hamare sharir ka thik rehna jaruri hai. Isse hum baaki karya mein maan laga sakte hai. Is liye kamjori ko dur karne ke liye hum kuch asaan tips batayege.
Sharir ki kamjori ke lakshan :-
• Thakaan mehsoos karna
• Headache hona.
• Bhukh mit jaana
• Raat mein neend na aana
• Ulti aana (Vomiting)
• Thik na lagna
Kamjori dur karne ke gharelu ( Homemade) upchar :-
• Sharir ki kamjori dur karne ke liye aap rojana 2 glass dudh peeye. Ise aapko bahut labh hoga. Thakaan or kamjori dur ho jaayegi.
• Nariyal Paani peene se taakat milti hai. Naariyal paani peene se kai minerals milte hai jo paani ki kami ko dur karte hai.
• Soybean, dal, fish khaane se protein milta hai. Jo hamari body ke liye jaruri hota hai. Is liye is ka sevan kare.
• Awla khaane se kamjori dur hoti hai. Rojana awla ki supari khaaye ya fir kacha awla bhi khaa sakte hai agar aap khaana chahe.
• Apni diet mein tamatar jarur khaaye. Tamatar khaane se khoon badta hai. Sharir swasth rehta hai. Bhukh badti hai.
• Sabhi fruit khaaye. Ye sharir ke liye faydemand hote hai.
• Khajoor aur Akhrot jarur khaaye rojana. Isse aapko bahut fayda hoga. Thakaan kam hogi.
• Rojana anar khaaye. Ise aapka khoon badega.
• Oily food ka sevan na kare. Ise aapko nuksaan hoga.
• Adrak ka sevan kare ise aap chai mein bhi use kar sakte hai. Isse Thakaan dur ho jaayegi.
