Thyroid ka gharelu ilaj hindi mein :-
◆ Tulsi :- Tulsi ke bahut saare fayde hai. Tulsi ka ras kam se kam 2 chamach rojana peeye. Ya tulsi ke patte 12. Rojana chaba chaba ke khaaye. Tulsi bacteria ko maarne mein madad karega. Swasth mehsus karenge aap.
◆ Lauki :- Aap rojana lauki khaaye. Sharir ke liye halki sabji hai. Jo digestion acha karne mein madad karti hai. Saath hi chehra ka glow achha rehta hai. Rojana lauki khaaye. Ya lauki ka juice jarur peeye. Isse thyroid dur rahegi. Aap swasth ho jaayege.
◆ Exercise ya Yoga :- Yoga ya exercise rojana jarur kare. 20 minute rojana exercise se kayi bimari dur rehenge. Thyroid control mein aane lagegi.
◆ Akrot :- Akrot jisse english mein walnut kehte hai. Akrot ke sevan se dimag tej hota hai. Yaadasht ko badata hai. Akrot se maansik santulan thik rehta hai. Rojana Akrot khaaye. Thyroid se bache. Aur swasth jeeye.
◆ Ashwagandha :- Ashwagandha ke fayde kai hai. Iska upyog din mein 5 gram hi kare. Ya usse thoda kam. Lagh bagh half spoon Ashwagandha powder. Cow milk ke saath le. Isse thyroid jaisi bimari jad se khatam hone lagegi.
◆ Haldi doodh :- Sardi ke mausam mein haldi doodh bahut fayedemand hota hai. Aap doodh mein haldi daal ke ubaal le. Thoda sugar milay. Or thodi der thoda thanda hone ke baad peeye.
Thyroid mein kya kya khaaye :-
◆ Tamator pyaaj jarur khaaye.
◆ Gaajar jarur khaaye. Agar aap gajar paalak ka juice peeyege toh bhi bahut fayedemand hoga.
◆ Paani jyaada peeye.
Thyroid mein kya na upyog kare :-
◆ Smoking, sharab ka upyog na kare.
◆ Safed namak ka kam se kam ya upyog na kare.
