Sugar ek aise bimari hai jisse hume kai baar chakar aane lagte hai. Is bimari se hume bachne ke liye hume kuch cheejo ko nahi khana hota hai. Is mein hume parhaij karni hoti hai. Hume khane mein meetha nahi khana chahiye. Ise parhaij karenge to hum sugar ki bimari se bach sakte hai. Hume apne khan paan mein dhyaan dena hota hai. Toh aaye aur jaan lete hai ki hume kya khana chahiye.
SUGAR MEIN KYA KHANA CHAHIYE :-
◆ Sugar mein hume jaamun, papaya, awla, mausami jarur khana chahiye.
◆ Meetha na khaye.
◆ Aap sabjiyo mein beendi, maithi, tamator, phul gobi, shimla mirchi, gobi, karela. In sabhi ko khaa sakte hai.
◆ Agar non veg ki baat kare to fish or chicken thoda kha sakte hai. Egg bhi kha sakte hai.
◆ Khana samay par hi khana chahiye.
◆ Cow milk peeye. Paneer bhi kha sakte hai.
◆ Brown bread khaaye.
SUGAR MEIN KYA NAHI KHANA CHAHIYE :-
◆ Sugar ko control karna jaruri hai is liye meetha nahi khana chahiye sugar mein.
◆ Potata ka sevan na kare. Kyun ki is mein carbohydrate badi matra mein hota hai. Or sugar ke patient ko carbohydrate wala bhojan nahi karna chahiye.
◆ Chawal na khaye. Brown rice kha sakte hai.
◆ Jyada oily food na khaye. Jaise ki bahar ka tala hua nasta.
◆ Ghee na khaaye.
◆ Sitafal, angoor, pineapple na khaye.
◆Cold drink na peeye. Kyun is mein baari matra mein sugar paaya jaata hai. Is liye ise na peeye.
