Kya aap apne mote sharir, aalas or fit na hone ki samsya se pareshan hai. To aap sahi jagah hai. Aaj hum aapke liye behtreen fitness tips batayege in hindi. Jisse aap weight kam kar sakte, stamina increase kar sakte hai. Or fit reh sakte hai. Kuch tips jine aap ko follow karna hoga. Dosto hamare sharir ka motapan galat khan paan, breakfast skip karne se, exercise na karne se fit nahi reh paate hai. Or motapa bad jaata hai. Aaye jaan late hai kaise
Galat Khaan paan se motapa badta hai :-
Kya aap jaante hai ki ek umra ke baad bahut pareshani hoti hai. Weight kam karne mein. Galat khaan paan se weight badne lagta hai. Or fit nahi reh paate hai. Galat khaan paan matlab jyaada oily khaana, junk food, carbohydrate wali diet jaise ki potato ka jyaada sevan karne se motapa badta hai. Is liye aapko bataye cheejo ka sevan nahi karna hoga. Weight increase nahi karna hoga. Tabhi hi aap fit rahe paayenge.
Koshish kare ki halka bhojan kare. Hari sabjiyo ka sevan jyaada kare. Agar koi cheej se allergy hai to na khaaye.
Breakfast skip karna se motapa badta hai :-
Kai logo ko lagta hai ki breakfast na khane se motapa kam hota hai. Dosto par ek baat bhi sahi hai ki jab kabhi hum breakfast nahi karte hai to hume bahut bhuk lagti hai. Or hum lagbag dono time ka khana ek hi time mein kha lete hai. Bulki usse bhi adheek. Aise mein weight badne lagta hai.
Meri salah ye hai ki aap breakfast kare, thoda sa hi kare par jyaada na khaaye. Or aapko lunch ya dinner bhi skip nahi karna hai. Par aap thoda kha le aapko bhukh nahi lagegi or weight nahi badega.
Exercise na karne se fit nahi reh paate hai :-
Hum khaana khate hai. Par agar hum din baar mein thodi bhi exercise nahi karege to khaana fat hi ban jaayega. Jisse weight bad jaayega. Is liye thodi din mein 30 minute exercise ya yoga jarur kare. Exercise karne se baht fayde hote hai. Ise rojana kare.
Fitness Tips:-

◆ Nimbu ka sevan kare.
